I can dream. Recently I just read that China is forcing all web hosts to register their names to their sites or face a shut down. Can't be anon there...lol. Sure it can be bypassed by a neighbouring country but how long will that last before the empire moves in on whoever helps these "terrorists"? ya that's right, if you want to freely express your screwed up opinion, don't go there and "poison their minds" as they had it said on slashdot.
Also reading between the old and new testiment in Erin's Bible. I believe I read that in the old testiment the Jewish comunity burned or stoned anyone with views that could be contagious or infectious to the comunity. I thought it extreme but back in those days it'd be destructive to their comunity if a false prophet started messing with the system.
I went into the new testiment the night before last and that's the one of Jesus Christ being born from Mary and somehow he knew he was the son of God. Who am I to doubt that? I wasen't there. I definately see how that could be a problem to the Jewish people yet I loved when in Mathew 23 verse 5 he said " Everything they do is done for men to see: They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments long; 6 they love the place of honour at banquets and the most important seats at the synagogues; 7 they love to be greeted in the marketplaces and to have men call them 'Rabbi'. 8 But you are not to be called 'Rabbi' for you have only one master and you are all brothers.
I can see how the newer Christian faith could mess with the order of things. I'm still not sure what I believe myself as I haven't lived long enough to make choices of this degree. Even if my parents were ADAMANT that there was a God, without knowing nor seeing him how could I know for certain he exists? Or Jesus for that matter. Millions of Jewish people believe him to be a false prophet yet many who followed him believe he is the living god himself sent to us to help our cursed race.
Still the idea that if I don't believe and am a good person I could end up burning forever doesn't set well with me. I don't like the idea of being ultimated into believing in something (do this or burn for eternity). ALL OF IT could have been made by a man and not the Lord. Perhaps someone just wanting to do well for his people in Egypt and since they outnumbered the Egyptians they could have just walked and their men could have held off the guards while everyone escaped.
Perhaps someone cried to the heavens while being a slave and an entity answered his cries for freedom. (much like Black and White, a great video game to download....try http://thepiratebay.org and they might have a copy). Maybe a God's power comes from the believers that worship him/her.
I read that the Jewish people leaving Egypt sacked quite a few cities, towns, and kingdoms on their way to their promised land. Specifically the altars of "false" Gods on their way.
We currently have wars raging on even now on our planet. I live in Canada so I don't see many of these other then the glorified CNN coverage pimping out the new tech and making heros from people who probobly do NOT deserve to be (but the flip side is that they are defending their way of life to the death to ensure I live on a unified contenant free of war and with only 2 rulers. Canada isin't involved yet all the cars here burn the same gasoline. Greedy corporations who would enslave us with this destructive force known as "Oil" would buy patents for renewable (and non profitable) products like electricity and sit on them the way people sit on domain names. Wait for the market to go up and maybe cash in (and be the good guys while doing it).
I heard as of tuesday june 7th 2005 between 22,000 and 25,000 Iraqi people have been killed by Americans in their area. My 2003 country population rank says there are over 23,000,000 people living there. When reading the old testiment it said that some of the cities they took were over 50,000 in some cases leaving no one alive and taking the treasures of the vacant cities.
I'm happy that the Iraqi people aren't being rounded up as there are a lot of innocents there. Anyone who says it's not over Oil is nieve. To support the large military the States has they'd need TONS of Oil. Then you have a leader that is holding out on America for the Oil supply and BAM, they just take it by force only this time America knew they'd try and burn the oil fields so they advanced and secured all the fields before they had a chance to light them up. That and 10 years to restrategize their next offensive.
And of course we can't forget that the UN said that America's claim of mass destruction weapons (the Iraqi ones, we don't count the thousands of nukes the States are allowed to own/produce) should be checked out more before an armed conflict took place. Did they listen to the UN? NO WAY!!! They advanced and took the cash. How much cash does Iraqi oil make for big (american) companies? I bet more then 90% of countries revenue on the planet. It's the largest oil in the world (i think...lol....if not the biggest, the least guarded...well, not anymore...i bet the boys in green are protecting it atm).
I was discussing how much America is like the modern day Rome the other day. NO ONE went against Rome in their days. I think China should make electric cars and force the American market to make non polluting viechles. It's really spark up gm, ford, chrystler, after the japanese and chinese car makers lead the way. Adapt or die right?
It's a tough call to decide how the countries of the world should be run. Comunist or Democracy. Or Socialist. Can't forget those who would want a nice balance. I recomend any citizen of the country we live in to get 500 bucks per month. I realise that the market would charge a bit more but at least poor people would have SOMETHING to contribute to their country. I think it'd snowball into a good society. As for cutting education and health care (or privatizing it so only the rich with money can use it) I don't think that helps anyone but rich people. If only I had the money to buy the laws of our fair country. I'd really try to give the majority something to be proud of in our country. Like knowing university is FREE! I say smash those fucking universities that charge for EDUCATION or better yet, get online and just keep browsing untill you have what you need. By pass the need for them alltogether.

It's sad that most of our huge companies are American b/c companies like Wal-mart are killing our small businesses and giving their power to the Chinese gov't. I'm sure someday that the Chinese will either raise the price or cut them off. Then all the people Wal-mart squeezed out (rubbermaid i heard got really hammered by Wal-mart, who knew their costs, forced them to make next to nothing on their products, and then went for a no name plastic bucket maker from China).
